Attorney Singh has worked as an attorney with the Start-Ups practice group at Smith Anderson in Raleigh following an in-house stint with a private equity company in Durham as a Corporate Counsel and M&A Attorney at Eli Global. Singh received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 2015 with Intellectual Property and Corporate Law concentrations and a B.B.A. from Hofstra University in 2012, cum laude, as a Legal Studies in Business major. After law school, Peter worked with Winslett Studnicky McCormick & Bomser LLP, a boutique corporate and entertainment law firm in New York City. In his time with WSMB, Peter assisted with a wide range of matters including copyright and trademark cases, licensing deals, complex commercial litigation, dispute resolution, contract drafting and negotiation.

Luke is an undergraduate student at UNC Chapel Hill pursuing a bacholers degree in Business while also studying Entrepreneurship and Computer Science. Derrick has served as an Instructor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel-Hill. Derrick is a former faculty member of North Carolina Central University in the Masters in Public Administration program. He also served as the Director of Freshmen Studies and Community Service at The Shaw University in Raleigh, NC. Derrick has consulted with nonprofits, business, and churches for 20 years. He holds a Bachelors in political science from Bethune-Cookman University, a Masters in Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's School of Government. He holds a certificate in Nonprofit Management from the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Social Work; and certificates in Proposal Writing and Fundraising for Nonprofits from the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana -Purdue University.
